Refund policy

We want you to be confident in every koort piece. If something is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

To begin a return, email us at hello@koortshop.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label together with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds to your account.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item for a different size or colour is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@koortshop.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
