Koort is a small house of slow menswear.

We began with a quiet question, what could a man's wardrobe look like if it answered to nothing but the way it was made?

Not to a season. Not to a trend. Not to a shouting brand on a label.

The answer became a line of clothing built around a single idea: that restraint is the most lasting form of luxury.

The line is small.

A few shirts. A few trousers. A few sets.

Each piece edited until only what matters remains, the cut, the cloth, the way a sleeve falls when an arm comes to rest.

We make no more than we need to. We add a piece only when it earns its place.

On materials.

We work almost exclusively with linen and wool, sourced from mills that still measure their work in decades.

Linen for the way it loosens with wear and softens with washing, clothing that improves rather than fades.

Wool for its weight, its memory, its quiet warmth.

Both are natural, breathable, and slow to age. Both reward the wearer who takes their time.

On craft.

We have never asked the question, "how fast can this be made." We have only asked, "how well."

It begins within.

The phrase belongs to the line itself.

A garment well-made begins on the inside, in the seam allowance, in the canvas behind the lapel, in the patience of the hand that joined them.

What you see on the outside is only the last thing that happens. The rest is what you feel when you wear it.
